This weekend was full of activities. On Friday was Laramie's birthday so we had some friends over and just hung out on the deck enjoying the beautiful weather and celebrating Laramie's birthday. Happy Birthday Honey!
On Saturday we went down for the Iowa St. vs. Western Illinois football game. We tailgated with my family and had a great time. We also have a new tradition of taking Templeton Rye shots from the new ISU jug Dad found out at Grandpa's. The weather was absolutely perfect for a tailgate during the day and a football game at night.

Today, we went with my Mom, Dad and my sister Stacy to Build A Bear. Mom and Stacy had bought John Deere shirts and hats for our bears online so now we needed to go and make our bears. First you had to pick which one you wanted...
Then you had to get their hearts warmed up before you put them in the bears and stuff them...
Then of course dress them...
We also got to name our bears and get their birth certificates. My bears name is JD Bear.
