This weekend, Laramie and I are out in Boston and NYC. I was out here for work all week and Laramie flew in Thursday night. We spent the day in Boston today and are heading down to NYC tomorrow morning. Neither one of us had been to Boston before so we were looking forward to it. We are staying in the Back Bay area which we love. We walked around a bunch this morning and afternoon checking out all the local sights. We hit up Boylston St and Newbury St. Boylston St. is where the Boston Marathon finish line is, so we went out searching for that and found it!
We also headed over to the Bay and took a walk around the area and saw downtown Boston and the harbor. It was a beautiful day to be in Boston.
Tonight, we headed out to a Boston Red Sox game. They were one game away from winning the AL East so we knew it was going to be a good game. We got their a little early so we could walk around a talk photos of the stadium. We were on the the 3rd baseline and our seats were awesome. There really isn't a bad place to sit in that stadium.
The Red Sox ending up winning 6-3 against the Toronto Blue Jays, clinching the AL East. It was a lot of fun being there and watching the team celebrate on the field.
Tomorrow we are off to NYC!
